We will look at your system -- your books, workflow, chart of accounts, and bookkeeping tech stack -- to determine if some tweaks could be made to smooth things out. If necessary, we can catch your books up to date, and/or clean up inaccurate books, to give us a solid base to start from.
With your new, beautiful system in place, we will keep your books up to date with ongoing transactions. Your accounts will be reconciled, and your receipts will be organized and securely stored. I will work with your CPA to ensure your books comply with his or her guidelines.
You need great information to level up your business. At a minimum, you will receive a current Balance Statement and Profit and Loss Statement each month. In addition, we can discuss other reports that may provide additional detail to further refine your understanding of the business. You will finally have clarity and the tools to make awesome business decisions. Over time, we’ll develop a true partnership and may discover details about our processes that need further adjustment. It’s all good and we’ll adjust as we need to.
